- Use of key online marketing devices, such as affiliations, viral etc

- Ability to shape the blog content and understand the impacts of the reactions different types of blog posts will receive

Traditional marketing understanding and experience

- Experience with marketing and understanding of 4 Ps of marketing principles

- Ability to shape the messaging around a product

- Competitor analysis

Thorough understanding of internet technologies

- Moderate to strong HTML, CSS, skills

- Experience in using content management tools

- Ability to get 'hands dirty' by updating the website

- Moderate to strong Photoshop experience

Web analytics understanding

- Familiarity with web analytics packages

- Ability to analyse traffic flows and prepare fortnightly website analysis reports for management team

Ability to plan and manage a budget

- Experience managing and planning for cost spending

Vendor / freelance management

- Ability to manage / liaise with multiple freelancers working on the website

- Ability to proactively source vendors as required
